KLENDY Privacy Notice (summary)

What we use: your email and password (if you create an account); the profiles you add (name or nickname, age range, avatar, preferences); and the calendars, routines and tasks you create. That content may reveal sensitive data (for example, therapies), so we ask for your express consent first.
What we don't ask: date of birth, exact age, school, diagnoses, religion or location.
Photos stay only on your phone. Without an account, everything stays on your phone.
Children: only adults (18+) create accounts and add profiles; children use KLENDY under their supervision.
Providers: Supabase (cloud, United States), Resend (email, United States), Expo (notifications, United States), Apple and Google (app stores).
No ads, no selling data, no AI training.
Your rights: access, correct, delete or object, and withdraw consent by writing to privacidad@klendyapp.com, or delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete my account).
