How to delete your KLENDY account
In the app
- Open KLENDY and sign in.
- On the Home screen, tap the gear (top right) to open Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
- If you also use TribuS or SonataS with the same account, choose only KLENDY or your whole Group account.
Without the app
Email privacidad@klendyapp.com from your account's email with the subject "Delete my KLENDY account". We'll confirm you own the account and delete it.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Your account and your profiles, activities, routines, tasks and progress in the cloud are deleted from active systems within 30 days.
- Security backups are overwritten within 90 days.
- The record of your acceptance of the Privacy Notice, Terms and consents is kept for up to 5 years, only to show legal compliance.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription: cancel it first in your store.
